RULES REMINDERS
1. NO SLIDE TACKLING
2. Lower Division - 2 of the minority gender for your team on the field at the same time, with a maximum of down one player
3. Lower Division - Kicks are indirect
4. Throw-ins UNLESS you have some type of limitation that would prevent a throw-in then a kick-in is okay.
6. Be kind, this is a fun league
Overall, the most important part is to have fun. We all have work tomorrow
