Greetings bowlers! We are ONE week away from league starting! We have a full 18 teams this season!
We start next Monday, 11/14 at Woodland Bowl (96th and Keystone). Practice will start promptly at 7:00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get situated with lanes, balls, shoes, and beverages. We will be having a brief etiquette and rules overview at this time and will cut into practice time if necessary.
Weekly dues will be $18 and there will be team envelopes to put your money in each week. If you don't have your own bowling shoes you can rent them weekly at the front desk.
Everyone has now been assigned to a team at this point. If you haven't told us your team name yet, let Mike, Smitty, or Hobs know ASAP.
If you bowled in last year's league, you will use your finishing average for the first 2 weeks of this new league. Otherwise, you will have an average after your first week of bowling.
We have a meeting with Woodland this Thursday to finalize any last details. We hope to find out which lanes we will be on during this meeting so everyone will know where to go when they arrive Monday.
