Hey Players!

Ultra Draft weekend is almost here, and we are so excited to get everyone out to the fields for a full weekend of softball, teammates, merch, Home Run Derby swings, and all the good tournament energy 🥎🔥

Before we get rolling, please read through the important information below:

🥎 Player Kit Pickup

Coaches will be picking up player kits for their teams. Please connect with your coach once kits have been distributed.

A couple of important things regarding player kits:

🎟️ Player Kit Credit Info

If you purchased a package that includes merch credit:

  • You’ll have a player kit sticker on your bag.
  • You MUST show that sticker at the Merch Booth.
  • No sticker = no credit applied.
  • That sticker is your proof of credit, so keep it on your bag 👀

Merch will go on sale on Saturday.

💣 Home Run Derby

If you paid for the Home Run Derby before May 15, an HRD ticket will be attached to your sticker.

If you paid after May 15, please come to the Merch Booth so we can give you a ticket. These tickets will be needed to confirm your purchase.

Home Run Derby spots can also be purchased at the Merch Booth this weekend while available.

🛍️ Add-Ons

For those who purchased add-ons like gloves, stool packs, or other bulky items, please come to the Merch Booth on Saturday with your sticker and we will get you sorted out.

👕 Late Registration Players

If you registered late, we have your sticker at the Merch Booth. Please stop by so we can get players their t-shirts.

⚠️ Order Issues

If you see there is an issue with your jersey, please come to the Merch Booth this weekend so you can talk to the merch booth staff.

📋  Tournament Questions

To keep everything running smoothly, please follow this order of operation:

  1. Ask your coach.
  2. If the coach doesn’t know, they can ask the umpires.
  3. If the umpires need clarification, they will ask the UIC.
  4. If the UIC needs guidance, they will ask the Tournament Director.

To ensure a successful tournament, please follow this chain of command throughout the weekend. You can also ask the folks in the merch booth as well. 

📘 Rules

The dugouts will have QR codes to League Joe information, and the umpires will also have a rules sheet available.
