Before everyone starts stampeding toward registration, PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE EMAIL. Here are some important instructions on how registration will work this time around.
🚨 When Does Pre-Registration Open?
RIGHT NOW!
Pre-registration is officially open, so go ahead and submit your information.
🎟️ Does Pre-Registration Mean I'm Automatically In?
No.
Pre-registering gets your information into the system early and puts you in the queue for when your registration window opens. Think Ticketmaster, except you're trying to secure a weekend of softball instead of concert tickets. 😎
⏰ When Does Registration Open?
Mark your calendars: August 28th at Noon ET.
BUT...
Not everyone can pay at noon. We're opening registration in tiers, so keep reading before setting that alarm.
🥇 NOON ET: Past SIS / Anarchy Draft Players
Have you played in one of our previous Smash It Sports or Anarchy Draft events? You're up first!
Past participants will receive access to the queue beginning at 12:00 PM ET, giving you a 2-hour head start before the Creator Code queue opens.
📱 2:00 PM ET: Creator Code Access
Our Creators are getting in on the fun too! Creators will be sharing special registration codes, so keep an eye on their social media and posts leading up to registration day.
Have a Creator Code? Your registration window opens at 2:00 PM ET, giving you a 2-hour head start before General Registration.
🤔 What If I Have a Creator Code AND Played in a Previous Event?
Go ahead and use your Creator Code!
The system will recognize that you've played in a qualifying previous event, which means you'll still be eligible for the Noon ET registration window. So yes, use the code, but you still get your early access. 😎
🌎 4:00 PM ET: General Registration
Didn't play in one of the previous qualifying drafts and don't have a Creator Code? No worries!
General Registration opens at 4:00 PM ET.
At that point, everyone remaining in the queue will have the opportunity to register and pay for any remaining spots.
🏆 What About the Winners?
Were you a winner at Creator Draft - Lake Wylie, Anarchy Pro Draft, Spring Break, or Niagara?
We've got you.
You do NOT need a Creator Code.
You can pay right now. YES, NOW. GO GO GO and share those bragging rights loud and proud. No waiting for you, Champ. And don't forget to brag about it on social media. 😎🏆
Sign up and pay ASAP. The first Creator Draft SOLD OUT IN 78 MINUTES, and judging by the amount of hype we've already seen for Nashville... you probably don't want to test your luck.
🥎 Are Bats Provided?
No. This time around, players will be able to bring and use their own USSSA 240 bats.
Senior bats will also be allowed for eligible senior players:
Men: 50+
Women: 45+
Please note that bats will be tested at the event, and senior players will need to show ID, so make sure anything you plan to swing meets the tournament requirements.
📝 When Are We Drafting?
Our target draft date is October 5th.
We'll have more information about the draft process and timing as we get closer.
