We are looking for a few volunteers to coach a team in the Gastonia Mixed Slowpitch league.
What does this entail? You will draft players in a live draft a few days before the season starts, similar to a fantasy football draft. Once the team is drafted, you can choose how the team is handled throughout the season, whether you want to captain the team as well, designate someone else as the captain, or just work it out together. At the end of the season, you will need to adjust players' rankings to ensure salaries match their actual skill level to maintain the best possible league balance for future seasons.
