We have reached out to parks in order to secure Thursday fields and unfortunately have come up empty. While we are still hopeful to create a league on Thursdays, we don't want to string everyone along. Therefore, we will be formally cancelling the Thursday league.
This sucks.
This is the first time in nearly 10 years we've had to cancel a league like this and we're not happy about it, nor should you be. For those of you who paid, we will be issuing you refunds for your payments and to say sorry, we're also going to issue you an additional $50 in league credit which you can use to any future league or tournament on League Joe.
If this was going to be your first event with League Joe, then we want you to know this is not the norm and we hope you will join us in another league or tournament soon. Next week we will be announcing plans and registration will open for flag football, outdoor pickleball, volleyball, soccer, disc golf, and more, so your $50 will be put to use quickly!
Additionally, we may have some availability at Indy Sports Park on Tuesdays and Midwest Sports Complex on Mondays. So if your heart was set on playing softball this spring, please reach out to [email protected] and I'll do my damndest to get you on a field.
Please allow us a couple days to process everyone and I look forward to sharing a beer with you on a field very soon!

We have unfortunate news to share. The sports complex we booked fields at has double booked, and decided that they are cancelling our league season. We offered additional rent and amenities to try and make it work, but they have gone a different direction.
We are now looking for alternate venues to host our league. Chuck Klein park is near RBI Fields, and we have calls in to them now and are hopeful we can move the league there. If we do not hear back from them by the end of business today, we will cancel tomorrow's planned league start and look to push back one week.
This is extremely disappointing as we have plenty of new players and were ready to go, but got the call this morning with the news. To help us explore alternative options, please complete this brief survey:
If we are unable to find a new location, we will issue refunds and/or League Joe credit towards alternate events.

The sun is almost here and we can't wait to play ball. The Avon Draft League is off to a great start with 3 full teams ready to be assembled, but we want to push for that fourth team. The weather forecast looks like we might need to cancel this week anyways, so we will delay the start of the Avon League by one week. Our first game will be on Thursday, April 13 and we will host our player draft in the days before that (we will announce that date once we have it).
We know softballers are last-minute creatures, and sometimes they need a little push. Help us out by sharing the following link on social media to help us find 10 more players. Once we are locked into 4 teams, we'll draft and be ready to play.
