This is a Co-Ed League played at Midwest Sports Complex on Wednesday Nights. Teams are divided into divisions of 4 based on ability. Each team will play 3 games then we will promote/demote teams based on performance, then we will play 3 more games and end the season with Playoff Games.

2 Girls on the Field at the same time
All Kicks (other than PKs) are indirect
5th Foul for a team in a match results in a PK
How long are games?
22 Minute Halves with a 1 minute half time

8 Games Per Season
