Thank you to everyone for joining us as we tried out a new format with Fridat Night Lights.  We've been thrilled to meet and play with all of you and look forward to continuing to grow this program.  However, today we have some unfortunate news to share.

Due to a scheduling miscommunication with the park, Little League tournaments will be using the fields on for weekends for the next several weeks. Their event requires temporary 200-foot fencing to be installed, and because the fencing cannot be easily removed and 200 feet is not suitable for adult softball, we have no choice but to temporarily pause Friday Night Drafts.

The good news is that Friday Night Drafts will officially return on August 7th and will run for several consecutive weeks through the fall. While we're disappointed to take a break, the good news is we will be using this time to improve the experience and work on several new ideas for when we return.

Some of the improvements we're working on include:

• Adding additional weekly play opportunities outside of Friday nights.
• A season-long leaderboard where wins count toward an overall "King of the Hill" ranking.
• Awards and prizes for top performers as well as players who consistently bring positive energy and sportsmanship.
• Player-led drafts, giving coaches and captains more involvement while maintaining competitive balance through a salary cap system.
• More theme nights and special events.
• Simpler and more consistent rules from week to week to reduce confusion and keep the focus on having fun.

Most importantly, thank you.

What started as an experiment has quickly grown into something special because of this community. The support, feedback, and enthusiasm you've shown have exceeded our expectations, and we're excited to continue building FNL together.

If you purchased passes that have not yet been used, you'll have two options:

• Roll your credits into future Friday Night Drafts events and receive bonus value for your patience.
• Request a full cash refund

Please give us a few days to organize the process. Eligible pass holders will receive a separate email with instructions on how to transfer credits or request a refund. We'll keep you updated over the next couple weeks' break and can't wait to see everyone back on the field no later than on August 7th... and maybe sooner!

Sold Out For Tonight

We have officially sold out all player slots this evening so if you waited to use your Day Pass, you will have to be added to our Alternate list in case there are drops. For everyone else, we will see you tonight at 6:30!

Thank you to everyone for bearing with us as we get our new Day Pass system sorted and ensure everyone has a chance to RSVP and play.  Given that the system is new and we have some players who are still working through the process this evening, we will delay the draft officially to tomorrow morning.

If you have already RSVP'd - you are good to go!  Wait for an email tomorrow afternoon with your official team assignment and show up ready to play tomorrow evening.

If you still have not completed your RSVP, you must do so before tonight's deadline of 11:59pm EST.

New Format - New Process

This Weekly Tournament Series is a brand new format for League Joe - y'all are the first in the country to experience it! With new formats come new processes and, unfortunately, some new potential software bugs and confusion. We're here to clear that up as much as possible, so here's what you do to make sure you get in the game. If you get stuck at any part of this process, please use our live support chat and we will assist you to make sure you're on the field.

RSVP Every Week to Lock In

Our new format offers you maximum flexibility through the introduction of the Day Pass system. You can purchase one at a time as you go, or purchase a full season block of 8 for a discount. Once you have the Day Passes allocated to your account - you're not done yet. You also have to the RSVP for the weeks that you are able to attend. Once you have RSVP'd, you will see this at the top of your page, and that's how you know you are ready to play for the week:
