Official Event Schedule

It's almost time to quack on, so here's what you need to know to have a great event with us!

Check In and Registration - 4:30-5:00
Brick House Dueling Pianos - 6235 Guilford Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46220

Start the party over at the check-in table at Brick House to get your official Team Assignment, wristband, and name badge. We'll introduce you to your official team leader and you're welcome to ease your way in to the event with some light introductions!

Activity 1 Kick Off - 5:00pm

At 5pm, your first activity for the bar crawl will begin and it will be your first chance to work together as a team. Don't sweat the details - those will be shared with you on site! No spoilers!

Duck Trivia Sheet - 5:30pm

Halfway through your experience at the bar, our special Duck Trivia sheets will unlock and you will be able to solve puzzles in order to win drink tickets! For this event, you will break up into new groups of four so get ready to find new trivia partners at each stop!

Pack Up, Prepare to Move - 5:50pm

Once you hear your team's duck call, be ready to move as you close out your tab and be ready to rinse and repeat at the next stop.

Rotate Through Average Joes and OPTs

Rinse and repeat as you wander through Broad Ripple to two of our other favs - Average Joes and OPTs! The activities will be similar, with some minor twists, so pay attention to your team leader!

Red Room Prize Finale - 8:00pm

Once the crawl is completed, head on over to the Red Room for our official After Party and prize announcement ceremony! All the points will be tallied and champions crowned for the night!
