We're excited to see everyone this weekend for the Swing for a Cure Tournament benefiting Jaryn and helping raise awareness and support for finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.

Please review the following important information before arriving:

🥎Game Schedule
Games will begin promptly at 8:00 AM.

Before the first pitch, Jaryn will throw out a ceremonial first pitch at 7:55 AM. We encourage everyone to be on-site and ready to help make this a special moment.

Following the ceremonial first pitch, teams should head directly to their dugouts and prepare for play.

The first round of games will serve as a warm-up for everyone, and then we'll move directly into bracket play.

📋 Bracket Information
With a smaller field of teams, we'll be keeping things simple. The tournament bracket will be drawn on a large poster board and displayed at the complex for everyone to follow throughout the day.

👨‍⚖️ We Need Umpires
We're looking for volunteers willing to umpire games between their own scheduled games.

We are willing to pay umpires, so if you or someone on your team is interested, please let a tournament director know when you arrive.

🎟️ Silent Auction & Fundraising
We'll have several tables set up with auction and fundraising items throughout the day.

Accepted payment methods include:

All items must be paid for in full before they can be taken home.

❤️ Most Important Reminder
This event is about much more than softball.

It is a benefit tournament for a 9-year-old fighting Cystic Fibrosis. We ask everyone to keep that at the forefront throughout the day.

Arguing, fighting, poor sportsmanship, and unnecessary drama will not be tolerated.

Show up. Have fun. Support a great cause. Help us raise money and awareness as we continue the fight to find a cure for CF.

Draft Night is here! 🥎 Coaches will be drafting teams later tonight, and we are excited to get everything finalized.

Please note that the deadline to complete payment is 6:00 PM. Spots are limited, so if you have not paid yet, be sure to do so by the deadline; otherwise, you will not be included in the draft.

Coaches will begin reaching out to players sometime after the draft, so keep an eye out for Facebook friend requests, messenger requests, or text messages.

Team assignment emails will be sent out sometime tomorrow once everything has been finalized.

We will also be sending additional tournament information tomorrow, so be sure to check your inbox for updates.
