We are nearly done with the player placement process, so if you have not yet checked the schedule you may do so now.  Expect a possible tweak or two and if you signed up late you may not be ready - but most others should be in place!

Opening Ceremony - Field 3 - 7pm

Please join us on Field 3 at 7pm as we welcome everyone to the event, take care of a few announcements and thank you's, and take a giant photo with everyone on the field. Rayanne Photography will be taking pictures all night long, primarily on Field 3, so please visit the registration table or reach out to Brooke if you are interested in buying a photo package for the evening (proceeds go to the family).

Your Schedule

Many players have been placed to their teams already, but placements will continue throughout the morning. All players who have 6:00pm games have been placed so if you don't see a 6pm game on your schedule, then anticipate you play at 7 or later.

Find it On the Site

You can find your schedule by visiting the League Joe site under the official competition page. At the top, you will see your profile picture, payment status, and list of teams, fields, and teams you play. An example of what that looks like is here:

Visit the League Joe link below to find your own personal status with your teams and fields. Reminder: All players will have 3 games, and placements will occur throughout the day. If you check and do NOT see 3 games, please check again later as you will be added to another team ASAP.

Scramble Format

Your teammates will be changing each game as you rotate around the park, and each game you play in counts towards the overall points scored in our Team Dalton vs Team Amber challenge. At the end of the night, either Amber or Dalton is getting a pie to the face - so bring your A game!

....but don't be too serious about it. This is a night to meet new players, knock off the rust, and help us honor a dear friend. It may be a little chaotic and you may be playing an unfamiliar position. Be ready to go with the flow and play wherever makes sense for your team as you all get to know each other for the first time!

Bring Cash if Possible

As part of our fundraising efforts this evening, there will be door prizes, donation collections, and more. If you have cash to participate, that is preferred! Standard gate fee is in effect for this evening as well. Help us support the family of Ryan Littleton and make sure you make time to visit the League Joe tent to see how you can do just that.

The Opening Day Scramble is tomorrow night at Indy Sports Park, and it’s more than just a game—it’s a chance to compete, connect, and honor Ryan Littleton’s legacy. Placements start tonight, so by tomorrow afternoon, you’ll know exactly when and where you’re playing. 3GG, first pitch at 6PM!

In addition to a night of great softball, we’re raising funds to support Ryan’s family. Game Changers has produced special jerseys, with proceeds going directly to the family, and event organizers are donating $5 from every registration to assist them in this difficult time.

Someone is Getting THE PIE

All players in the scramble will now be choosing between Team Dalton and Team Amber. From the total pool of players, we will form several teams that will play each other throughout the night. We'll keep track of wins and losses, and total runs scored, and at the end of the night.... either Amber or Dalton will be on the losing end of a PIE TO THE FACE.

Visit your Settings Page on your registration and you will be able to select Team Amber or Team Dalton. Or if you like Chaos, select neither and you will be drafted to one of the squads!
