Draft Your Teams. Win For Your House. Take The Championships.
No more random. This time each House builds its own teams in a live, in-person draft — and those teams play together all night long. Three pool play games are worth a point to your House for every win, and the night ends with Championship games between each House’s top seeds.
Redraft Format 3 Game GuaranteeIn past Turf Wars, players were scrambled into new teams for every matchup. Not this time. North and South each run their own draft from their own pool of players, building five teams per House. Those teams stay together for the entire night.
Each House drafts its five teams, live and in person.
Three games against the other House. Every win is +1 for your House.
Each House seeds its five teams 1–5 from their pool play results.
#1 vs. #1, #2 vs. #2 and #3 vs. #3 for +10, +5 and +3.
Every team plays all three pool play games. The top three seeds from each House play a fourth game in the Championships.
Players and coaches from the North gather together to draft their five teams. The South does the same, separately. Each House drafts only from its own pool of players, so the teams you see across the field were built by the other House’s own plan.
Fifteen pool play wins are up for grabs, and every one is worth a point. Then each House’s #1, #2 and #3 seeds play for +10, +5 and +3. So how do you build your five teams?
Load up a couple of powerhouse teams that rack up pool play wins and go after the +10 #1 vs. #1 Championship.
The catch: your thinner teams may give away pool play points in every game they play.
Build five evenly matched teams that can win any game and collect pool play points all night long.
The catch: a stacked team from the other House could be waiting in the Championships.
Whatever you decide, the other House is making its own plan in the other room — and you will not know what they built until the first pitch at 7PM.
Every team plays three pool play games, each against a different team from the other House. That is 15 games and 15 House points before the Championships even start.
D1–D5 are the five fields. N1 is North Team 1, S1 is South Team 1, and so on.
After pool play, each House seeds its own five teams 1 through 5 based on their pool play results. The top three seeds from each House move on to the Championships.
Three Championship games. Every one pays the House.
Each House’s top three seeds meet their match from the other side: #1 vs. #1, #2 vs. #2 and #3 vs. #3.
North #1 is the North’s top seed after pool play, South #1 is the South’s top seed, and so on. Seeds #4 and #5 finish their night after pool play — and every pool play win they earned is already on the board.
Every pool play win and every Championship win adds to your House’s total. The House with the most points at the end of the night takes Turf Wars — every member of it.
15 pool play games at 7, 8 and 9PM.
#1 vs. #1 at 10PM on D1.
#2 vs. #2 at 10PM on D2.
#3 vs. #3 at 10PM on D3.
Example numbers only — the live House Leaderboard is the official score.
