What is pre-registration?

This event is highly likely to sell out. Pre-registration allows you to get the basic registration process out of the way so you can go straight to payment once it opens.

Am I guaranteed to play if I pre-register?

No. The first players to fully complete their registration and payment once tickets go on sales will be formally locked in to play.

How do I pay?

Complete your player profile and pre-registration, then return to this page once the tickets are on sale. Once you have added your products into the cart, you will have ten minutes to complete your checkout.

Can I do a payment plan?

We have installed PayPal Pay-in-4 and Klarna as two payment methods that allow for over time payments, and players are welcome to apply to use either featured payment method. Due to the nature of this event, we will not be able to offer manual payment plans other than through these two options.

Can I buy for someone else?

Tickets are non-transferable, non-sellable on secondary markets. There are no refunds for this event, but your registration may be converted to credits for a future event if you need to cancel before the draft.

What if tickets sell out?

You may purchase an Alternate Package and be added into the queue for replacing any drops at the event. Most events do have several player drops that require placement, but Alternate Packages are not guaranteed to play unless there is a drop. Alternate Packages are transferable to any other event on our site in case you do not get picked up.

What clock do you use?

Our system clock will dictate the official launch of the ticket sales. If you wish to sync with us, the current time is 4:05pm.

Should I refresh over and over and over....

Please don't. We are optimizing our servers for a spike in traffic, but constant refreshes of your browser make errors more likely. At the designated time, return to this page or follow the link in your email one time and follow the prompts.

What happens if I get a technical error?

We do our best to log all error data and ensure every user has a fair shot. If you experience a site error, wait a moment and refresh the page. We are not responsible for technology issues beyond our control, so try to ensure you are in a place with strong wi-fi and follow all prompts.

When do I select the items in my kit?

If your selected kit has customizable items, you will be sent a link to select from available options after the registration and draft processes have concluded.
