We will be opening registration to the general public tomorrow at 9:00 AM. You have until 12:00 PM tomorrow to complete your survey and secure your spot in the December 20th draft. If your survey isn’t completed by then, we will assume you are not interested in transferring to the event and will automatically issue a refund in the form of a LJ credits to your player profile.

We want to start by thanking everyone for your patience and understanding after this past weekend’s tough weather conditions. Unfortunately, due to persistent rain and a declining forecast, we were forced to cancel the Frostbite Draft Classic for player safety. We know how disappointing this is after all the anticipation and planning.

That said, we’re committed to making this right and ensuring you still get the value of your registration.

1️⃣ Transfer to the Lexington Draft Event - Move your full credit to a make-up draft in Lexington, SC on December 20. We are gauging interest on this date and do not have additional information yet, just that we have the fields available. If we get enough interest, we would open up registration to add more players over the next week. 

2️⃣ League Joe Credit - Receive LJ credit to your account minus the retail value of your player package.

3️⃣ Refund to Original Payment Method - Receive a refund minus the retail value of your package and credit card processing fee.

4️⃣ Transfer Credit to a Gift Card for Another Player - Perfect for gifting a friend or teammate a future League Joe experience.

Please be sure to complete the credit/refund form as soon as it’s sent so we can process your selection quickly.

📌 Important Refund Policy Note

As outlined in our Weather Policy, cash refunds are not typically offered for weather cancellations, due to processing delays and non-refundable credit card fees.

However, because this cancellation occurred so close to Christmas, we made a one-time exception for this event to help take care of our players during the holidays.

We truly hate that the weather impacted such a highly anticipated event, but we are incredibly grateful for this community and your continued support. If you have questions while filling out the form, our team is always here to help.

Cancellation / Re-Schedule

The rain has unfortunately not abated at all and with the forecast continuing to decline, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the event. We know this is disappointing and have the following options for you so you know how to proceed forward.

Survey Will Be Sent Monday

On Monday, we will send you a survey on how you wish to proceed forward. Your options will be the following:

• Transfer to Frostbite reschedule on Dec 20 (see below)
• Receive LJ credit applied to your account
• Receive cash refund (minus CC processing fee)

All credits/refunds will be minus the value of the retail items in your package, and more details of that will be provided on Monday.

How Can I Pick Up my Items?

We have our crew headed to LandShark bar and grill at 1110 N Ocean Blvd. If you would like to join us, we will have items there for pickup. Our team should be there by 3:30pm and will hang out for a couple hours.

If you cannot make it, please make sure to fill in your address and your items will be shipped to you.

What is the Reschedule?

We will look to host a draft event at Pine Grove Complex in Lexington, SC on December 20. If you can join that date and wish to do so, please indicate that on your survey on Monday. More details about this reschedule we be provided ASAP. Registration will re-open up to find new players as well.

Hey everyone, We hope you’re staying warm and safe with all the weather rolling through. After working closely with the complex and assessing field conditions from the rain, we’ve made the tough call to move the Frostbite Draft Classic games to SUNDAY. This gives the fields the extra time they need to become playable and ensures a better, safer experience for all players.

We know schedule changes aren’t ideal, and we truly appreciate your flexibility, understanding, and continued hype for this event.

Even though games shifted to Sunday, our Friday night social at 810 tonight is 100% still happening. Come hang out, grab a drink, meet your fellow draftees, pick up your jerseys and kick off Frostbite weekend the right way.

❄️ Weekend FAQ 

• Can I get a refund due to the schedule change?
  We totally understand the question - however, per our event policy and the fact that the event is still taking place in full, we’re unable to issue refunds. We do our best to minimize weather impacts, and moving to Sunday allows us to safely and successfully run the event. If you are unable to attend Sunday, please inform your team coach and reach out to customer service for next steps.
  
  

• What fields are we using?
  We are still playing at International Fields. Due to some cancellations at another event that was going to run simultaneously, we are able to access more fields than before which will allow us to run a faster schedule.
  
  

• I can’t make Sunday now - what about my gear?
  Your gear will be able to be picked up tonight at the Meet and Greet. If you cannot attend, you may request a friend pick it up for you or contact customer service to arrange shipping.
  
  

• Will anything else change?
  If any additional adjustments are needed, we’ll update you immediately - but for now, Sunday is the official game day. Again, thank you for rolling with the unexpected weather and sticking with us. Frostbite is built on good people, good energy, and making the most of whatever Mother Nature throws our way - and we can’t wait to see everyone this weekend.

Greetings players!

We never jinx our events by talking too much about the weather, but we're keeping a very close eye on this weekend's event and want to give you a quick update on our plans.

As long as we can play safely and the facility allows it, our gameplan is to play on!  So be ready to bundle up and crush some dingers.  For now, we are sticking with our 8am Saturday start but will assess further Friday when we visit the fields in person.

If need be, we have secured the fields for Sunday and may shift all or a portion of our event to Sunday.  Additionally, we may modify the format slightly to get the games in faster.  Everything is on the table and we'll do our best to give you the best experience possible.

For now - stay tuned for an additional update on Friday. Rain or shine, we will definitely be meeting up at 810 Bowl to hang out and party before the tournament - see you there!
