Below is a tentative overview of the Niagara Falls weekend. Exact times and
Friday activities will be announced as we get closer to the tournament date.
Friday - Check In & Player Arrival
Evening
- Player Arrival & Check In – Pick up player kits and swag
- Friday Activities – Previous tournaments have included things like home run derbies, Chicago ball, and casual meet & greets at the park. Final Friday plans will be shared closer to the event.
- Meet & Greet – A relaxed opportunity to connect with teammates, coaches, and other players before games begin.
Friday activities are subject to change and will be confirmed as we get closer
to the event.
Saturday - Pool Play
Morning & Afternoon
- Player Check In – For players who were unable to attend Friday.
- Pool Play Games – Teams will play their preliminary games to determine bracket placement.
Sunday - Bracket Play & Championship
Morning & Afternoon
- Bracket Play – Single or modified double elimination, depending on the final team count.
- Championship Game – The final matchup to determine the tournament champions.
- Awards & Closing – Trophy presentation and closing remarks.
