The Greenwood Sports Park is home to two quads of softball/baseball diamonds (eight total fields), with artificial turf infields and natural grass outfields. The park hosts a state-of-the-art playground, the city's second splash pad, a multiuse sports field with a cricket pitch and an interconnected trail network.


Parking Information

Please park at either Clark Pleasant Middle School or at Redeemer Bible Church in the designated zones. Please arrive early to include walk time!

Authorized parking is located at Redeemer Bible Church and Clark Pleasant School Parking lots. Vehicles parked at any other location may be towed, without warning, at the owner's expense. Parking is at your own risk; the Parks and Recreation Department is not responsible for stolen items or damage to vehicles.


Facility Rules and Regulations

  • Beware of foul and overthrown balls
  • Smoking, Vaping or any other controlled substance is not permitted. (Greenwood Municipal Code Sec. 6-349)
  • No Motorized vehicles, skateboards, rollerblades, bikes or scooters permitted within the baseball diamonds or playground.
  • Pets are not permitted within the confines of the ball diamonds.
  • Attaching equipment to backstop netting is not permitted.
  • Batting cages are open to the public, first come first serve.
  • No gum or sunflower seeds
  • No metal spikes
