By participating in League Joe events, you agree to assume risks and waive certain legal rights.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in sports and recreational activities, including activities before, during, and after scheduled events, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Serious injury, permanent disability, or death
• Property damage or loss
• Contact with other participants, equipment, or facilities
• Weather-related hazards
• Field and facility conditions
• Use of sports equipment, whether provided by League Joe or brought by participants
• The actions or negligence of other participants, spectators, or third parties

I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation in League Joe operated events or use of League Joe's registration platform, even if injuries occur due to the ordinary negligence of League Joe, its employees, agents, directors, officers, or affiliates.

Release and Waiver of Claims

I hereby release, waive, and discharge League Joe, its employees, agents, directors, officers, affiliates, and other participants from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have or may in the future have for:

• Personal injury, death, or property damage
• Any other loss or damage
• Claims arising from negligence (except gross negligence or intentional misconduct where prohibited by law)

This release applies to all claims whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of or relate to my participation in League Joe operated events.

Indemnification

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless League Joe and its employees, agents, directors, officers, and affiliates from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) that may arise from:

• My participation in League Joe operated events and my actions or conduct during events
• Claims brought by my family members, heirs, or estate related to the above

Additional Terms

Age Requirement: Participating in League Joe operated events is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to register for or participate in any League Joe events.

Weather: League Joe is not responsible for weather-related cancellations, delays, or injuries for League Joe operated events. For third-party events, weather responsibility lies with the event organizer.

Medical Treatment: I authorize League Joe staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if necessary, and I assume responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

Media Release: I grant League Joe permission to use photos, videos, and recordings of me taken during events for promotional and league-related purposes, without compensation.

Governing Law: This waiver is governed by the laws of Indiana and any legal proceedings must take place in Marion County, Indiana.

Severability: If any part of this waiver is found invalid, the remaining portions remain in full effect.

BY REGISTERING FOR AND PARTICIPATING IN LEAGUE JOE EVENTS, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• I have read and understand this entire waiver
• I agree to this voluntarily
• I understand I am releasing certain legal rights
• This electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature
