Who Got the Pie?!?!

Last night was awesome and a ton of fun. Thank you to everyone who came out and played for the North, the South, or just the love of the game in general.

🏆THE NORTH HAS WON AGAIN*🏆
...KIND OF!?!

Last night’s competition was fierce and there were great games on both sides. The Avengers continued their unbeaten streak for the South and remained undefeated, while the North saw strong performances from their Morse Beach champions. And the South showed the North how to dress courtesy of Rookie's Costume Contest win. However, when we looked at the game tape, there were some valid concerns with the format. The biggest concern was many of our friends from the North could not make it on a Tuesday evening, so several North teams ended up being heavily South player driven...

In other words, the North did technically win this year, but not in a way that we feel great about it.

So we came to a compromise for the evening.

THE NORTH HAS WON A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE

Our valiant North players will not have their efforts lost in vain, however, as the North will be carrying an advantage into the event on Friday. Will they choose to take home field for all of the championship games? Will they choose the matchups between teams? Will they make all the South players wear silly hats?

Share with us your ideas!

The Pie will Officially Fly on Friday!
