Players should now be assigned to coaches, and your coaches will be reaching out soon if they haven't already. Keep an eye on your texts, emails, or carrier pigeons—whatever your coach prefers.

We're hoping to have the official schedule out by Monday, so stay tuned for that announcement. We know everyone is eager to see when and where they'll be playing, and we're just as excited to get things rolling.

Draft Night is TOMORROW, and we are so excited to kick off another fun season of Women's Softball! 

Before we get there, we have one final reminder:

 Payment Deadline

If you are still unpaid, you will be removed from the roster at 5:30 PM today, unless you have already reached out to Alyssa and made arrangements. With the draft just one day away, we need final numbers so we can create teams fairly and efficiently. We appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation as we get everything organized.

If you plan on attending, please text or email Alyssa at 406-927-6908 or [email protected] so she can get an accurate head count for pizza. Nobody wants to be the person who shows up after the pizza is gone!

 A Reminder: This Is a DRAFT

We've had a few questions about how teams are formed, so we want to clear things up before tomorrow.

This is a live draft.

• If you signed up as a couple/pair, you'll be placed together.
• Otherwise, individual players will be drafted onto teams.
• Coaches are not pre-selecting or planning their teams ahead of time.
• No one is secretly building a super team.
• The draft happens live, and everyone will get a full explanation tomorrow night before we begin.

The goal is to create balanced teams, keep things fair, and make sure everyone has a great experience this summer.

Whether this is your first year or you've been around for a while, Women's Draft League is all about community, laughs, and supporting one another on and off the field. We can't wait to see old friends, meet new faces, and watch another amazing season unfold.

Before we get there, though, we need to make sure our roster is finalized.

If you have signed up but have not paid by the end of today (Tuesday), Alyssa will be removing you from the roster.

We know life gets busy, but with draft night right around the corner, we need hard numbers so coaches can prepare teams, jerseys can be ordered, and we can determine if we have enough committed players to make our much-anticipated 5th team happen.

This isn't meant to be harsh—we just need to be fair to the players who have already committed and paid. If you want to play, now is the time to lock in your spot!

Payment Reminder

Accurate numbers are important because we are currently searching for a coach (or possibly two coaches, depending on final player counts). They also help us determine whether Friday games may be needed to accommodate the continued growth of the Women's League—which is a pretty cool problem to have! 🥎🔥

Women’s Draft Night is officially set for Thursday, June 18th at 6:30 PM at the C’Mon Inn, and we HIGHLY encourage everyone to come out! Whether this is your very first season or you’re a seasoned draft veteran, draft night is always one of the best nights of the summer.
