Any players who sign up and pay the pre-registration fee are locked in to a slot in New Orleans. As details emerge, players will be informed of the full final fee and be given the opportunity to complete payment in order to complete their order. All pre-registration fees are 100% refundable if requested more than 60 days in advance of the event. Please allow up to two weeks for refund processing.
If minimum number of players is not reached prior to the December 7 pre-registration period close, event organizers retain the right to change dates or cancel the event. Full refunds will be issued in the case of a cancellation or reschedule.
