We are a week away from our first tourney of the year and wanted to share with you some quick updates about our plans for the event.
We've heard from many players about some challenges relating to our initial schedule a travel timing, and thankfully we have enough fields to be flexible so we've made a couple of changes.
Long story short, we are finishing early on Sunday to make sure everyone can make their flights home!
To make this schedule work and keep everyone from being at the park too long on Saturday, the Home Run Derby will run from 3pm until the last games for the evening finish. Starting around 3pm, games will move down to 4 fields and the fifth field is where we will hold the Home Run Derby. Sign ups, rules, and more will be available on site so make sure you visit the Suncoast station to sign up!
We have had a number of drops recently, so if you are reading this message and you have not paid but are interested in playing, please reach out to support and we can get you in. If you are paid but not on a team yet then don't worry - you're in! You will officially be placed on a team next Thursday. Here's our Placement Procedure if you'd like to learn why we wait until close to the tournament for free agent placements.
Contact support to get added to the list!

Hey everyone - quick (and exciting!) reminder:
The Suncoast Senior Draft goes down TOMORROW (Tuesday, 12/2)! This is your moment to get your name on that board, hear it called, and officially join one of the most fun senior draft experiences of the season.
But you MUST have your payment locked in to be part of the draft pool. No payment = not draft eligible. It’s that simple. Payment deadline is December 2nd at 12pm ET. Heads Up - there will be no player linking after the payment deadline!
If you’ve already paid or are set up on an approved payment plan, you’re good to go. If not, now’s the time to secure your spot before we finalize the list.
Don’t wait until the last minute, jump in now and make sure you’re officially in the mix for tomorrow’s draft:
We can’t wait to see who ends up where - tomorrow’s going to be a fun one.
Draft leagues follow the popular fantasy sport format by giving coaches opportunities to draft players one after another in order to build their team. As a player, you will be entered into the draft pool and will be selected to a team the week prior to the start of the league.
All players will be asked to complete a player profile where the rank themselves on their skill set. All players should be as honest as possible to help ensure teams are balanced and league play is fun and fair. Immediately following the season, fellow players and coaches will give feedback on the players and adjustments to the players overall score will be made for future leagues.
The week before the league begins, all players are invitied to the Draft League social where the coaches formally invite players onto their team and introductions occur for the first time. This event is meant to be fun and will feature a full mock draft style setup including jerseys for draftees, a league commisioner overseeing the proceeding, plenty of adult beverages, and fun for all. Player participation is not required to play, but it is highly encouraged!
Once the teams are selected, the league play will begin with a first week formal scrimmage to help coaches meet their new players and work out roster kinks. This game will serve as a tie breaker for playoff scenarios so it does have some importance, but it also gives players and coaches an opportunity to have a fun first game with lower pressure to win. Following the initial scrimmage game, league play continues in the standard league format.
