We are excited to meet, play ball, and enjoy some good food and good drink with all of you this weekend. This email contains tips, tricks, and information you need to rock and roll this weekend. If you have questions, please reach out to your coach first as our customer support line may be busy as we finish our preparations.

Thursday Welcome Party

If you are already in town, you are welcome to come join us tonight at the Holiday Inn Metairie Lounge from 5pm - 8pm. After, players are welcome and encouraged to explore the sights and sounds of New Orleans!

Friday Tourney Open

Gates will open at 5:30, with bat testing beginning immediately and player kit pickup starting at 6:00pm. Please only pick up from the player kit station one hour before the start of your first game. If possible, meet your coach and come together to the station as a team to collect your goodies!

Bat Testing
All bats will be tested for use in this event. Each player may test and use up to two bats for this event. Testing begins at 5:30. Please bring your bats for testing no sooner than 90 minutes before your first game.

Park Policies
There is an $8 daily gate fee, or $20 weekend pass payable once you arrive at the park - cash only. Personal coolers are allowed. No seeds or gum of any kind - please. No tobacco products inside the facility, there is a designated smoking area outside field 3. Each gate fee entry includes an entry ticket - save that for a chance for door prizes throughout the weekend.

Home Run Derby - 8:30pm-10:30pm
$20 Buy In, $10 Re Buy - you must purchase your first entry no later than 8:45pm. We will be using Launch 650 Balls. Visit the registration table to purchase your entry! Full Rules Here.

Cornhole Tournament - Pool Play Starts at 8:30pm
Our Cornhole Tournament will extend throughout the entire weekend, with a pool play format that allows you to find and play your opponents on a flexible time schedule. $30 per team, $15 for individuals and we’ll find you a partner. Full Rules Here.

Saturday Play

Games will kick off 9:00am - rain or shine! We have turf fields so we feel confidant in our ability to play through the drizzle. If we need to make any schedule adjustments, we will send everyone an update as soon as possible.

The Ultra Game - NOLA ‘23 All Stars versus The Ultra Team - 1:45pm
Last year, our leaders in total tourney points formed our first official national team - The Ultra Team. Join us as they play together as a team for the first time in 2024, against a formidable opponent - last year’s Champs and New Orleans All Stars! Players who finished 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in New Orleans last year will take on the Ultra Squad in a game with a couple unique, surprise rules. It’s All Star Game meets Savannah Bananas ball, and will be a fun time for all to watch. Plus - we’ll be drawing door prizes for those in attendance!

Saturday After Party - 7:00pm+
After the play concludes, we’ll be heading to the Pour House @ Jefferson for drinks, dancing, and shenanigans.

Sunday Play

Games start at 9:30 depending on your bracket, and we play until we have a Hangover Bracket and a Championship bracket winner!

Door Prizes / Mystery Bags

Please keep your tickets from Gate in order to participate in our door prize drawings. Winning ticket numbers will be posted at the registration table daily. Visit the registration / League Joe table for more information.
